What are your session fees?

Do you accept insurance?

  • At this time, Allison Counseling Services is pleased to accept the following insurances: Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Humana, and United Healthcare.

How do I get started?

  • Schedule an appointment NOW. If needed, once you are set up in the system, you can send me a secure message to ask questions or schedule a 15 min phone call to determine if we are a good fit. Please note that it is recommended to connect with me prior to the appointment to make sure you feel I am going to be the best fit for your needs. Should you not feel a connection with me or my approach, or if I do not specialize in your area of need, I will do my best to provide you with referrals that better fit your needs.

How long does the therapy process take?

  • The first session (intake) will be a 60 minute session. After the initial session, follow up sessions will be 45 minutes.

What are your hours?

  • Generally I am available Monday-Thursday between 9am-3pm for initial intakes. Once you are an established client, there may be some room for additional availability. It should be noted that my late afternoon/evening availability for established clients is very limited.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • I require 24 hours notice for cancelled appointments.
  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or no shows, will be charged a $60 fee that will be billed directly to the client as an out of pocket expense.
