Allison Counseling Services, LLC is pleased to accept the following insurances: Aetna, Anthem BCBS, Cigna, Humana and United Healthcare (UHC).
If your insurance is out of network with Allison Counseling Services, or if you wish to be private pay, the fees for service are listed below. Services can also be financed by Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), provided by your employer. An invoice of payment can also be provided to client’s in order to apply counseling fees to their insurance deductible. Sliding fee scales are offered for private pay clients, as needed.
Intake Sessions: $150
45 minute Follow Up Session: $125
** Client’s are financially responsible for their copay and/or deductible determined by their insurance provider. Additionally, client’s will also be financially responsible for any No Show/Late Cancellation fees, and any fees pertaining to requested documentation (i.e. letters, disability forms, etc.)
